TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Bexos Travel Global ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, physical consulting setups, and all corporate services provided by us, including but not limited to Study Abroad Advisory, International Pre-Departure Vetting, Documentation Portfolio Advisory, Visa Logistics Support, and Flight Booking Services.

By engaging our services, filling out any digital intake form, executing a guarantor profile, or making an initial administrative payment, you ("the Client", "the Applicant", "the Guarantor", or "the Sponsor") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Bexos Travel Global operates strictly as a professional advisory, pre-departure documentation vetting, and travel logistics consultancy. Our services comprise:

  • Academic Mobility Advisory: Reviewing academic backgrounds, coordinating applications with foreign educational institutions, and preparing structural compliance profiling for student routes.

  • Pre-Departure Documentation Vetting & Pathways: Auditing, pre-screening, identity-verifying, and formatting professional and vocational application folders for processing through licensed international recruitment agencies and compliant global manpower networks.

  • Logistics & Flight Desks: Facilitating flight bookings, airline seat allocations, and itinerary routing via certified third-party global ticketing platforms or booking engines.

2. THE SOVEREIGN EMBASSY DISCLAIMER (NO VISA GUARANTEE)

CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE

Bexos Travel Global is not an embassy, immigration authority, or diplomatic mission. The absolute right, power, and discretion to issue or deny visas, entry permits, or residency approvals rest exclusively with the sovereign government and immigration officials of the destination country (e.g., the United Kingdom, Poland, Lithuania, Malta, Germany, Saudi Arabia, etc.).

  • The Company makes no express or implied guarantees regarding successful visa issuance, work permit generation, or university admission outcomes. [2]

  • Our role is limited strictly to structural counseling, compliance vetting, risk-mitigation data profiling, and administrative document packaging based on immigration guidelines current at the time of your application.

  • The Company shall not be held liable, financially or legally, for any visa refusal, visa delay, work permit cancellation, or border rejection executed by foreign authorities.

3. FEES, PAYMENTS, AND STRICT REFUND POLICY

  • Administrative & Vetting Fees: All consultation fees, background screening charges, document audit fees, portal management costs, and file compilation payments are strictly non-refundable. These fees represent the immediate liquidation of corporate hours, analytical labor, and operational costs incurred at the exact moment of client onboarding.

  • Third-Party Costs: All third-party expenses including but not limited to foreign university application fees, embassy biometrics fees, international document translation fees, medical evaluation logs, courier services, and police clearances are completely independent of our agency and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Payment Formats: All payments must be made directly into the designated Official Corporate Bank Accounts of Bexos T-Global Consultants LTD. The Company completely disclaims liability for cash payments or transfers made to unverified personal or external accounts claiming affiliation with our brand.

4. DOCUMENTATION INTEGRITY & ZERO-TOLERANCE FRAUD POLICY

The Client bears sole and absolute legal responsibility for the validity, authenticity, and accuracy of all records, identifiers, financial papers, and certificates submitted to our desk.

  • Falsification Penalty: If the Client provides a forged international passport, fake WAEC/NECO/Degree certificate, falsified bank statement/Proof of Funds (POF), or altered biometric details, Bexos Travel Global reserves the immediate right to terminate the service contract instantly without prior notice.

  • Forfeiture & Legal Reporting: In the event of a breach of document integrity, all monies paid to the Company up to that point are permanently forfeited, the client file will be permanently blacklisted from our ecosystems, and the incident may be reported to national law enforcement and data registries.

5. TIMELINES, MARKET DYNAMICS, AND DELAYS

  • Estimated Timelines: All processing windows communicated by our staff (e.g., school admission cycles or embassy queue expectations) are estimates only.

  • Institutional Fluctuations: Document turnaround speeds are continuously subject to changes in foreign government policies, embassy workloads, regional strikes, or global regulatory updates. The Company cannot be held liable for delayed responses from foreign ministries, universities, or local immigration screening bodies.

6. FLIGHT BOOKINGS AND ANCILLARY DISCLAIMERS

  • Third-Party Provider Rules: Flight bookings managed via our platforms are directly tethered to the individual terms, pricing updates, and baggage policies of the executing airline or global booking engine.

  • Cancellations & Re-routings: Bexos Travel Global serves as your booking desk but does not own or operate flight fleets. Any flight delay, schedule change, cancellation, missed connection, or lost baggage event falls solely under the operational liability of the carrier. Any agency or carrier penalty fee regarding date changes remains the responsibility of the passenger.

7. MANDATORY CO-LIABILITY OF SPONSORS AND GUARANTORS

Where an application layout involves a parent, legal financier ("the Sponsor"), or an anti-absconding signee ("the Guarantor"):

  • The Sponsor acknowledges full joint financial liability for all contracted packages and packages routed through our desks.

  • The Sponsor consents to the background tracking, verification, and compliance archiving of their personal financial source documents strictly for visa evaluation profiling.

  • The Guarantor executes a joint and several Deed of Indemnity, acknowledging that they are held fully, legally, and financially liable for any regulatory fines, repatriation expenses, or legal liabilities incurred by the Company if the candidate absconds, runs away, or violates their visa terms in the host country.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws within the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the total collective liability of Bexos Travel Global for any proven direct claim, error, or breach arising out of a contracted service shall never exceed the exact amount paid by the Client to the Company for that specific service line.

  • The Client, Sponsor, and Guarantor agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bexos Travel Global, its directors, employees, and authorized affiliates from any third-party claims, financial losses, damages, legal actions, or regulatory penalties resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent information supplied by the applicant pool.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms, along with the operational structures of our platforms, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  • Arbitration: In the event of any operational dispute or misunderstanding between the Client and the Company, both parties pledge to interact in absolute good faith and attempt a mutually agreeable resolution. If an amicable settlement is not reached within 30 business days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nigeria, before a single arbitrator under local arbitration rules.
